Return policy:

We are happy to assist you under the following policy:

1. Orders of more than 100 units are considered wholesale.


2. Orders of more than 250 units are not subject for return.


3. We will accept only unused and unpacked items in their original state.


4. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail that can be tracked for we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.


5. All returns must be marked as such on the package to avoid another tax payment. Otherwise the costs will be paid by the buyer.


6. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.


7. Return shipping will be paid by Buyer.


8. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.


9. All returns must be within 5 days after receiving the product.


10. Returns may be subject to an additional fee determined by the condition of the items upon return.
